Guide to a Profitable Marketing Mix

Saturday, January 19th, 2008

By Bobette Kyle You may have heard the term Marketing Mix used in connection with marketing planning. Marketing Mix means the combination of promotions, products, places (distribution channels), and prices you chose for your business. Including both short term and long term strategies in the marketing mix can make for a more profitable business. Long term strategies build brand/company awareness and give sales revenue a permanent, gradual boost. Short term strategies create a temporary, immediate revenue boost by giving buyers an incentive to purchase. By implementing both long and short term strategies, you can attend to immediate sales goals while building your business reputation and goodwill. Some examples of both types of strategies are below. Long Term Strategies Branding. General advertisements and other high profile activities contribute to your company’s image. These points of contact with your target customer help mold your image, which in turn can create loyalty from your customers. Philanthropy. Donating money, services, and/or time can build trust and a positive image for your business. Philanthropy contributes both toward your branding efforts and your company’s internal well being. New Product Pipeline. New products in development represent your future sales. If you get feedback from your customers or potential target market then design new products (or change existing ones) to meet their needs, you are ensuring a demand for your products in the future. Short Term Strategies Reduced Price Sales. Limited time sales encourage customers to act. You likely have customers intending to buy but have not “gotten around to it”. Holding a sale will give them incentive to purchase. Group Discounts and Offers. Discounts or other offers to a specific group can help exposure your business to new customers, resulting in a sales surge. Pay-Per-Click Search Engines. Pay per click search engines are another way to become visible to new customers. Use them carefully, however. Do not bid more per click than the profit you expect to make from that click. Search Engine Roles in the Marketing Mix High search engine placement can produce both short term and long term results. Short term, you can gain immediate sales. Long term, results come as potential business partners find your site. Do not, however, become obsessed with search engine optimization to the detriment of your other marketing strategies. Search engine marketing should be one part of a more comprehensive plan. Include other marketing strategies in your plan to reach additional customers. As an example of how this can work, I generally put only two or three hours a month into direct search engine optimization. My primary focus is on quality content, which simultaneously creates stronger search engine rankings for my site and makes the site more attractive to visitors. This approach has gotten me results with Google - nearly 20,000 visitors a month through the free search engine as of June 2004. Another approach to search engine optimization is to hire an outside expert to work on search engine marketing while you focus internally on other parts of the marketing mix. If you take this route, however, be alert for agencies that use tricks that go against search engine guidelines to increase your rankings. These approaches may get you results in the short term, but could get your site reduced in rankings or banned in the long term. Once you integrate both long term and short term strategies into the marketing mix, your business is better poised to prosper for years to come. Questions to Ask Your Wedding Caterer

Wednesday, January 16th, 2008

By Lesley-Ann Graham The reception is easily one of the biggest costs of the wedding, so it’s very important that you have a clear, and well documented contract with your banquet sales representative and/or your caterer. Here are some things you need to iron out before signing the check: - Does your caterer have a license? Has it met local health department standards? Does it have liability insurance? - Does the fee include just the food or additional services like tables, chairs, silverware? Do you need to pay extra for seat covers, place settings, equipment? - Will the caterer provide waiters? How many people will each waiter serve? How many people will assist at the buffet table? - Does the package include place cards, centerpieces, guest book? - What is the caterer’s experience in food styling? (Ask to see photos of prior settings.) - What drinks are included? Will you need to pay corkage fees if you bring in your own sodas or liquor? (Compare the costs of an open bar, corkage fees, or set drinks.) - What are the special fees not included in the cost of menu? This includes sales taxes, service fees, bar fees, security deposits, corkage, etc. Always ask for the total package cost and check against your wedding budget. - When is the downpayment and final balance due? What is the cancellation and refund policy? - What date will the caterer need a final headcount? - Who will oversee the event on the actual wedding day? - Can you have a special menu for kids or friends with dietary considerations (i.e., kosher, vegetarian, etc.) Be organised, ask plenty of questions, and you’re much more likely to find the right wedding caterer. Choose Your References Wisely!

Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

By Matthew Keegan So, you need to submit employment references. A simple task, right? Sure, you could contact three of your closest friends and ask them to be your references. They may be able to testify to your character, but do they know how well you would perform on the job? Probably not. Let’s explore the types of references you must seek, the number of people you should include, and to whom references should be submitted. Whom To Select When selecting references, it is always a good idea to find those people who know how well you work. Supervisors you reported to directly or co-workers are some of the best choices. However, some companies frown on supervisors from being a reference and, instead, require that they list the Human Resources department as the contact point. Legal issues play into that decision. Co-workers can be a good choice, especially if they held a position of authority even if they weren’t over you. The company’s receptionist may know you best, but oftentimes it is the title [position] of the person that pulls the greater weight. How Many References? A minimum of three references should be garnered. Four or five if each one is solid. You need to inform the person you select that they are a reference in advance. Of course, that means you need to get their permission first. Do not put someone on the spot — kindly ask if they would be a reference; if they decline don’t take it personally. There could be any number of reasons why someone won’t be your reference; speculating will only cause you to formulate a reason which could be entirely false. Furnishing References Never, ever list references on your rsum. Simply end your rsum with References furnished upon request. Prepare a separate sheet of paper and list the same contact information you have on the top of your rsum including your name, address, phone contacts and email address. After that, create a heading titled References and list each person’s name and title, company, and phone number. Use an address if available and include an email address if available. You can double space it, number it, or use bullets. There is no “magic” to it, simply be as careful with your Reference page as you are with your rsum: check for typos, grammatical errors, etc. Today, many contacts are done through other means [e.g., email], but most of the time companies will want to contact the reference for more information directly. Make sure that all your contact information is accurate. One Final Point Do not automatically send references unless they are requested. If a company only wants your rsum send only your rsum. Guard your references very closely and only give them out to those who request it. Happy Relationships: Set Regular Dates

Monday, January 14th, 2008

By Virginia Bola, PsyD A good portion of the enjoyment of a pleasant date is in the anticipation. We have a date for Friday night and we think about it throughout the week. We think about what we will wear, where we’ll go, what we’ll eat, what we’ll say and do. We plan on how long it will take to get ready and whether we’ll need to leave work a few minutes early. When we enter a relationship, we stop dating. We see each other, of course, much more than we did in our dating days. At the onset of living together, we still have that sense of anticipation before seeing that beloved face. We hurry home to the most important person in our little world. After years together, we become used to the routine. We may enjoy seeing our significant other as much as ever but the exhilarating anticipation has become normalized. We have become habituated to the lives together we have created. We need to start dating again. We need to create special events that we can look forward to with keen relish. Thinks about when you last took a vacation or a pleasure trip. The days and weeks leading up to it were times of mounting excitement and planning; we saw it in our mind’s eye long before it took place. After it was over, we enjoyed remembering the things we had seen and done, secretly smiling at the fun we’d had and the free feelings we had experienced. The same spirit-boosting results can be obtained, to a lesser degree but with more frequency, in planning small events with our partner. A lunch or dinner date at a special place can be something we look forward to for a long happy week. A date to go bowling, or dancing, or golfing, can be set up several days in advance. Plan on when you are going to see that special movie or attend a concert. An event simply needs to be special, it doesn’t have to be expensive. Plan a visit to the fast food chain where you had your first date. Take visits to local hotels to see which ones have the best free hors d’oevres at happy hour. Meet at a museum or an art gallery for a stroll together. Send your honey a special invitation by card or e-mail. Advise that no “regrets” will be acceptable. Prepare for the date as carefully as if it was your first meeting and be on your best behavior as you were in that delicious dance of courtship. When your friends question why you are in such a good mood lately, just smile and tell them that your life is so special that there’s no time left to be grumpy. Terminalia Arjuna - Complete Heart Tonic

Thursday, January 10th, 2008

By Dr John Anne General Description Arjuna is a tall tree which is very valuable in Ayurvedic medicine. It has been recorded since very old times when it was referred to as nadisarja and was used as a cardiac tonic. The great Indian proponent of ancient medicine, Vagabhatta, was the first to use the bark of the arjuna for heart ailments. The arjuna is indigenous to India, but is also found in Myanmar and Sri Lanka. It is found mostly near marshy areas. It can reach up to a height of 20 to 27 meters. Its binomial name is Terminalia arjuna. All parts of the arjuna are important in Ayurvedic medicine. Its bark is the most valuable, which gives a milky white sap when cut. The bark contains a valuable alkaloid, which is named as the arjunine. Other chemicals in arjuna are arjunetin, lactone, sugars and several essential oils. Properties The following properties of arjuna make it indispensable in Ayurvedic medicine:- (i) Arjuna has cooling and tonic effects, and hence it is invaluably used as a cardiac stimulant. (ii) Arjuna helps in blood clotting. So it can be used in arresting bleeding. (iii) Arjuna is a diuretic. It is used in removing calculi, which are kidney and urinary stones. (iv) Arjuna improves the secretion and function of the bile in the body. (v) Arjuna has astringent properties. (vi) Arjuna is believed to be an aphrodisiac, but these properties are not yet studied conclusively. Uses Arjuna has been used in the following disorders:- (i) Acne Arjuna is potent in the healing of pimples. Here arjuna is used for external administration. The powdered bark is mixed with honey and applied on the pimples. This helps in the speedy recovery from acne. (ii) Asthma Arjuna is a good Ayurvedic remedy for asthmatic patients. The bark of the arjuna is finely powdered and stores in an airtight bottle. This powder is to be consumed after a fast which is broken by a mixture of condensed milk in rice, known as kheer. Twelve grams of the powder of the arjuna bark is to be sprinkled over the kheer. The person must sleep only twelve hours after eating this. This is considered to be a permanent solution for asthma. (iii) Bone fractures Arjuna bark is effective in the treatment of bone fractures and contusions. The powder of the bark is taken with honey. (iv) Digestive Problems In cases of diarrhea and dysentery, the person is given a decoction of 15 to 30 grams of the arjuna bark. (v) Earache Arjuna can heal earache problems. The juice of the fresh leaves of the arjuna is extracted and is put into the ear drop by drop. A couple of drops each time is sufficient to treat earaches. (vi) Heart Disorders The greatest use of arjuna is made in the treatment of heart ailments. Arjuna has a terrific stimulating action on the heart. For this reason, it is used in the treatment of cardiac failure and dropsy. Ayurvedic physicians prescribe arjuna tonics to people who have heart conditions. Heres one way in which arjuna is used for the treatment of heart patients: A thick portion of the bark is taken and put in milk. This is made into a pasty decoction. This is to be taken every morning before eating anything else. Alternatively, the powder of the bark of the arjuna must be taken every morning on an empty stomach in quantities of 1 to 2 grams with milk and jaggery. (vii) Loss of Libido Arjuna is believed to be an aphrodisiac. Hence, a powder of this bark is prescribed to men and women who have low libido. The powder must be taken with milk and continuously for a particular period of time for it to show effects. (viii) Skin Problems Due to its astringent properties, arjuna is used for the treatment of skin problems such as sores and ulcers. A decoction of the herb is prepared and is applied externally over the sores and ulcers. Treatment is fast compared to other methods. (ix) Syphilis A decoction of the arjuna herb is applied to syphilitic sores. This reduces the symptoms of the syphilitic sores and aids in total elimination of the disease from the body. Special Ayurvedic Preparations Arjunarishta Arjunarishta is prepared from the extract of the leaves and bark of the arjuna plant. It is a liquid tonic that is used mainly in the treatment of heart diseases. Six teaspoonfuls of this tonic are taken twice daily after meals with water in equal amounts. This is excellent remedy for hridaroga (heart diseases) due to all the three doshic imbalances, i.e. vataja, pittaja and kaphaja. Arjuna ghrita Arjuna ghrita is prepared by boiling the bark of the arjuna in cows ghee. This is given to the patients of heart diseases in dosages of one teaspoon twice in a day. Preferably, the ghrita must be given on an empty stomach with warm milk. Precautions Arjuna must be avoided by obese people. Arjuna has a tendency to increase the fat content of the body. Especially in the case of obese people, the intake of arjuna may do more harm to the cardiovascular system than benefits. Evaluating Job Offers for Teaching Abroad

Wednesday, January 9th, 2008

By Michael Hines You have decided on teaching abroad so you are off on the job hunt. Aside from the obvious considerations such as what country to work in and what training/qualifications to obtain; there are other things a teachers should consider when looking at potential job offers. There are many factors a teacher considers which will affect whether they accept a position. The most obvious factor would be the content of the position. What is the school asking of you as a teacher? You must ask yourself if the job is interesting and fits into your career plans as a teacher. The person you will be working for is also an important consideration so you must take the time to talk to them either via email or phone. It would also be beneficial to ask to speak to other teachers from the school to find out their impressions. Knowing what the job is and whom you will be working with are the first step in deciding whether to pursue it further. Some may say that the most important consideration would be salary and benefits but these should be a secondary consideration to what you want to do and who you will be working with. Regardless of the salary paid, most people will not stay at a position where they feel unsatisfied or have no growth. In addition, the people you work with or for have an enormous impact on your job satisfaction. However, when considering salary and benefits, do not focus as much on the starting salary but rather on the potential for growth and increases. Does the school have growth potential for you as a professional? Do they spell out cost-of-living increases and meritorious raises? Benefits are other areas that can supplement a position where the starting salary is not as good as you would have wished. Get a list of benefits from the company and formulate any questions you may have regarding them so that you can better discuss the position with management and other teachers at the school. Another factor that may come into play with many teachers when evaluating a position is the resources provided by the school. Teachers spend a large majority of their time preparing for upcoming lessons. This requires readily available resources such as teacher books, computer, printer, internet access, and preferably a reference library. In addition, there should be a work area set aside for teachers to plan and prepare. You should also look at whether the school already has a set curriculum/syllabus and student books because you may be asked to help to create these resources for your school year if they are not provided. I have known many teachers that have felt the need to move on because of the demands of planning for a school year without adequate resources. Searching for a position is difficult. After spending many hours on a search, making a careful decision regarding a job offer is important. Getting an offer does not necessarily mean you should take the job. Most employers will not expect you to make a decision on the spot. You will probably be given a few days to a week to make up your mind. If they are unable to provide you with the time to make a decision then you should not consider this as a viable position. On the other hand, if you decide to go with a school without finding out the proper information, don’t blame the school when the position turns out not to be what you expected or wanted. Weighing the advantages and disadvantages of the job will help you make a more informed decision, rather than deciding on impulse. To help you find that perfect (or near perfect) job, you should ask these questions to all prospective employers: What is the salary? How many months is the contract?Do/Can you sponsor me for all paperwork, including teacher’s license, work permit, and visa extension? How soon can you get this paperwork processed? How many hours will I be teaching? What kind of insurance is on offer? When are the starting and ending times for work?About how many events a month are teachers required to attend outside normal working hours (teachers’ meetings, parents’ meetings, school festivals, seminars, etc.)?Does the school have/provide books?Does the school have whiteboards or chalkboards? Does the school provide all teaching materials needed? What are the items provided?Does the school require that I attend/teach a summer camp?Is there a discipline policy? What is it and how is it enforced? What are the details of contract “extras” such as:Resigning bonusesBiannual or annual plane tickets to visit homeHousing allowances (if no housing allowance then ask about help finding accommodations along with cost in the school area)Internet access both in and outside the schoolRaise schedules Michael Hines is the founder of http://www.TotalESL.com, a free resource helping the ESL/EFL community for jobs, resumes, schools, resources, yellow pages, classifieds, information and lessons. Plastic Covered Greenhouses

Monday, January 7th, 2008

By Paul Wonning Plastic covered greenhouses are by far the most common among commercial growers these days, and for good reason. The structures can be quickly and economically constructed, so they can go into production very quickly. Irrigation and heating equipment is easy to install in these structures, and they can be quickly covered with shade fabric when spring turns to summer. Plants can be efficiently moved around using mechanized equipment, lowering costs further. So for the commercial grower, these types of houses are a boon. For the home gardener, a plastic greenhouse can also make sense. If you need a quickly built structure which may be used seasonally for the production of seedlings for the vegetable or flower garden, one of these types of greenhouses may be just what you need. Typically, these are Quonset styled greenhouses, covered with a single layer of plastic film. The type of film you use depends upon the use of the structure. If the greenhouse is to be used seasonally, and left unoccupied for most of the year, an inexpensive plastic may be used and discarded after each season. Heating this type of house is not hard. If care is used when watering, a small electric heater may be sufficient. Small propane heaters will also work, if some provision is taken for ventilation of the waste gasses given off by these devices. Kerosene heaters should be avoided like the plaque, as the fumes emitted by this heat source can kill plants very quickly. Irrigation for a small house like this may be provided with a garden hose using a fan spray head. Mist heads should be used on seedlings and small plants. A Quonset style plastic greenhouse may be the right choice for the home gardener. Quickly and inexpensively built these greenhouses are easy to grow in. 2006Paul Wonning is the owner of Gardens and Nature.com a web site about gardening, hiking and other nature related topics. Using the State of Virginia For Gift Basket Ideas

Friday, January 4th, 2008

By Wendy Wood In the South, you will find the state of Virginia, which was named after Queen Elizabeth I, who was often referred to as the “Virgin Queen.” As one of the Thirteen Colonies, the state possessed a history of fighting for freedom as they revolted against British rule and participated in the American Revolution. Today, prominent cities in Virginia to consider when brainstorming for gift basket ideas should include the capital, Richmond (home of many important civil war landmarks) and the most populous city, Virginia Beach (home of miles of beaches and hundreds of hotels). A glaring path to possible gift basket success could be found in the fact that Virginia has been known as the “Mother of Presidents.” This is due to the high number of United States leaders born in the state. Eight U.S. presidents breathed their first gasps of life in Virginia: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, Zachary Taylor, and Woodrow Wilson. While a few presidents in this bunch can carry an appealing gift basket theme on their own, going beyond the norm would include an aspect from each of the noted presidents within an arrangement. A few ideas may include: cherry jam or dollar-bill decorative stationary (Washington); wine and gourmet food (Jefferson was quite fond of both); College of William and Mary and Princeton school memorabilia (Madison attended both); and perhaps a dictionary (Taylor was a noted poor speller and writer). To appease incoming students and proud parents, a gift basket to celebrate the higher learning institutions in Virginia may include the colors and mascots of University of Virginia (orange and navy blue); College of William and Mary (green and gold); James Madison University (purple and gold, Duke dog); and the largest populated school, Virginia Commonwealth University (black and gold; rams). To create a Discover Virginia gift basket, you may pull from the resources of well-known natives and residents of the state. For example, the Tearjerker gift basket makes a great gift for women to give their best friends, as Terms of Endearment actress, Shirley MacLaine was born in Virginia. The Sandra Bullock movie basket could include a host of her popular movies, such as Miss Congeniality, accompanied by an assortment of common movie theatre snacks. Raised in Virginia, Edgar Allen Poe could produce an interesting gift basket set-up for enthusiasts of his work. A children’s gift basket may include a Pocahontas theme, which pays tribute to the Native American princess from the Powhattan tribe. Some of the state symbols of Virginia will also fuel satisfying gift basket themes that may include cardinals (state bird); square dance music (state dance); oysters (state shell); and milk-related products (state beverage). 10 Lessons to Overcome Obstacles With Women

Thursday, January 3rd, 2008

By Bobby Rio Forget an intro! Let’s get right down to it. Read it. Learn it. Understand it. In grain it. Re-read it if you mess up. Apply these rules, lessons, principles immediately in your life, and watch the unbelievable change in your social life. The first ten lessons apply in situations where you have yet to kiss the girl. 1. Trust your gut. Unless you are a completely delusional person, I’d say on average your gut feeling is right more that 80% of the time. That leaves 20% for error. I’d say that is a chance worth taking. You know when talking to a girl if you are getting a vibe or not. If you feel a vibe, chances are she does too. Act on it quickly. Do not give yourself time to second guess. Because second guessing comes from thought. And remember, thought is the cheapest commodity on earth. Intuition is priceless. Go with it. With that being said, if you don’t feel it, flee. Don’t waste another second with a dead end lead. 2. Take action quickly. The biggest mistake you can make is letting a good one slip by because you hesitated or wanted more proof that your gut feeling was right. If you start looking for proof you’ll start finding the opposite. The minute you feel your gut saying its time. IT IS TIME. Not tomorrow, not next week, not after you get a hair cut, or a new job, or after you have time to plan out some advanced strategy. Those are all excuses to delay. A way to procrastinate. That is your fear of failure. That is your way of justifying the fact that you haven’t got the guts to act on a good lead. If you want action you better be ready to act on a minutes notice. No later. The sad truth is there are a hundred guys lined up behind you to be with this one girl. Delay for a second and you’ve lost. 3. Lead the conversation in the direction you want it to go in. You are probably saying, ‘okay I feel it, now what?’ If you don’t think it is the appropriate place or moment to kiss her, lead her to that place. If you are in a crowded place tell her to come with you some where more intimate. Tell her. Don’t ask. Lead her to a better spot. If your gut was right, she will be more then willing to follow. Now make sure the conversation stays where you want it. If you let her start rambling on she may wind up talking about something that kills the mood. Her dead cat. Her last relationship. Her current boyfriend. Remember: THE MORE TIME THE TWO OF YOU SPEND TALKING THE HARDER IT WILL BE TO KISS HER. YOU WILL TALK YOURSELF RIGHT PAST THE MOMENT. Make sure you keep the conversation light and flirtatious. Throw compliments out there, but DO NOT OVER DUE IT. Find a genuinely nice characteristic of hers and let her know you notice it. If she has on a nice smelling perfume let her know that you’ve noticed. Don’t try to flatter her with remarks about her eyes, or how pretty she is. Those are clichs and hardly ever get you anywhere. Compliment things that she can reply to. You tell a girl she is beautiful and there will be silence. Silence is good if you are at the point where you want to move in for the kiss, but if you are not at that point then you risk a potentially awkward moment. 4. Kiss her already. I stressed this point in lesson #3 but it is well worth repeating. Until your lips have touched hers you have nothing. Nothing. You may have had the greatest conversation in the world, but if you leave without kissing her you are no closer then you were yesterday. Planting seeds is for farmers my friend. Chances are you won’t have another opportunity as perfect as you just blew. 5. The hand is the first step. Before we can kiss a girl we must make use of our hands. This is our way of warning her that it is coming. That way it is not a complete shock when we lean in for the kiss. I’m not talking about molester type behavior. I’m talking about making an initial contact. Rubbing her back. Brushing hair away from her eyes. Holding her hand. Holding her hand is the key. If you can get her hand in yours, you are more then half way there. A nice trick is to grab her hand when leading her through a crowded place. It will seem completely appropriate; yet, it creates a certain amount of intimacy. If at all possible keep holding it, once you get her through the crowd, a little longer then necessary. 6. Let her know your intentions if you must leave without kissing her. Yea, I know it happens. There are times that you really can’t kiss her right then and there. If this is the case it is vital that you set the terms of your next encounter immediately. Let her know, in not so many words, that when you see her again you intend on kissing her. Do this by stressing those warning signals I told you about. Use you hand. Hold her hand for a second or two longer then normal while saying goodbye. Tell her that you really want to see her again. Make plans to see her right then and there. Don’t leave it up to a phone call. I hate making that call, and I’m sure most of you do to. Set a date, a place, and a time up. 7. Don’t act hungry. Those who look hungry never get fed. While you don’t want to lose her to the competition, you also don’t want to appear desperate. Even if you are. Once you realize that nothing is going to happen tonight, let it go. DO NOT BEG FOR IT. If she has to leave, let her leave. Follow lesson #6 while saying goodbye. But do not try to talk her into staying around. It will kill your chances for next time. Always leave with the upper hand. 8. Be decisive. Make up your mind quickly and stick to that decision firmly. There are a million girls in the world. Unfortunately you can’t be with them all. Decide who the lucky lady is for the night and go for her. Once you have decided, push the other ones out of your mind for the time being. You will spread yourself to thin if you go for more then one girl at a time. Now I’m not saying you can’t talk to other girls and use them as jealousy tools, but know who the top girl is and go for her 100%. That way if you fail with her- she’s off the list. 9. Overcome small obstacles. The difference between a winner and a loser is; a loser gives up that much sooner. A winner figures out a way to win. That is why once you have decided on the girl, you don’t give up until you have gotten her or there is a painfully clear rejection. Don’t settle for less. When obstacles appear, deal with them, and overcome them. Most of the time the girl is just weeding out the weak. Don’t be weak. Girls do not like the weak. If a girl shoots one of your attempts down and you continue on it shows vast amounts of confidence. CONFIDENCE IS THE MOST ATTRACTIVE QUALITYYOU CAN DISPLAY TO HER. But remember, when it comes to sex; no means no. 10. There is no perfect moment. This is kind of a rehash of the other nine lessons. Do not wait for the perfect moment to strike up a conversation, ask for the number, hold the hand, or go for the kiss. The perfect moment does not exist. WAITING FOR THE PERFECT MOMENT = ANOTHER NIGHT ALONE. These are the toughest lessons to master. Why? Because they require a certain amount of courage that we all have but tend to suppress. If you want to succeed with women you have to activate that courage and release your fears. Bobby Rio is the founder and creator of The Seduction Bible.
